1. About Crowwc Design AB
Crowwc Design AB (company registration number 559253-3342) is based in Stockholm, Sweden. The company’s postal address is Ronnebyvägen 22, 121 52 Johanneshov, Sweden.

2. Orders
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. The confirmation will include all details regarding the products, price, billing address and delivery address.
If any information in your order confirmation is incorrect, please contact us immediately at caroline@crowwcdesign.com.
3. Delivery
Our normal delivery time is 5-9 business days.
Please note that orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched no earlier than the following Monday.
All packages are delivered by PostNord.
3.1 If your package is lost during delivery
Crowwc Design is not responsible for packages lost by PostNord during delivery. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will refund 30% of the order value to the customer as compensation.
4. Prices
All prices in the online store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in supplier prices, typographical errors, incorrect pricing information or other inaccuracies. We also reserve the right to correct incorrectly stated prices.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
When purchasing goods through our website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the product you ordered.
5.1 Exercising your right of withdrawal
If you wish to return a product, you must notify us by email at caroline@crowwcdesign.com.
Your message must clearly include your name, address, email address, order number and details of the product or products you wish to return.
You must return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost of SEK 49, as well as for the condition of the products during the return. Products must therefore be securely packaged and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to any reduction in the product’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics and function.
6. Complaints and Defective Products
We inspect all products before they are dispatched.
If a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we will remedy the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation at no additional cost to you.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
Complaints should be sent to caroline@crowwcdesign.com as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How to make a complaint
Any defects or errors must be reported to caroline@crowwcdesign.com.
Please provide your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the issue.
If we are unable to remedy the defect or provide a replacement product, we will refund the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Crowwc Design is responsible for return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not considered defective under applicable consumer protection legislation.
In the event of a dispute concerning a complaint, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). More information is available at arn.se.
7. Limitation of Liability
We accept no liability for indirect damages arising from the use of our products.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, disruptions in supply or reduced or cancelled deliveries from suppliers.
We also accept no responsibility for changes to products or product characteristics made by the relevant supplier or for other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Product Information
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors on this website and to discontinue or sell out of products.
We cannot guarantee that product images displayed on the website exactly reflect the products’ actual appearance. Differences in colour may occur depending on the screen, display settings, photography, lighting and image resolution.
We always aim to represent our products as accurately as possible.
9. Information About Cookies
In accordance with applicable legislation, visitors to a website must be informed when cookies are used.
Cookies may contain information that can be used to recognise a user and track browsing activity.

The payment service we use is Stripe for card payments.
10.4.2 Shipping Company
In order to deliver your order and fulfil our agreement with you, we need to share certain information with the shipping company.
The information shared may include your first name, last name and delivery address.
Your email address and/or mobile phone number may also be shared with the shipping company in order to provide delivery notifications.
The shipping company we use is PostNord.

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you.

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information or complete information that is incomplete.

Crowwc Design is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides the online platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will be published on our website.
The terms and conditions applicable at the time an order is placed will apply to that purchase.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the customer and Crowwc Design’s customer service, the customer may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
